Each year the national Modern Quilt Guild invites members and guilds to participate in the community outreach challenge. A design theme and color palette are provided to spark creativity. Once completed, the community outreach quilts are donated to a charity or sold with the proceeds being donated. The design prompt for this year is “lines and bars”.
I am excited to announce that we will be using KCMQG member Tia Curtis’s new pattern “Berry Jam” as our starting point for the challenge.
