QuiltCon has announced the colors and specifications for the 2022 charity quilt, so we are ready to start the quilt making process for our guild’s quilt! Join us for a Sew Day (in person!) on July 31st at Patti’ Meier’s new quilt shop location for KC Maker Studio at 5327 Johnson Drive in Mission, KS. Hours are 10-2. The sew day is for making charity blocks only. Please bring your machine, thread, and a rotary cutter. We’ll supply the block pattern and the fabric.
Note: the pattern is being finalized now and should be ready to share at the July meeting.
Or is you prefer to sew your blocks at home, please arrange with Patti to pick up the blocks at KC Maker Studio. You can also bring the blocks to our August guild meeting or drop them off at the Fabric Chic in Parkville.
