The recent spotlight quilter selection was a true celebration of the many talented modern quilters in our guild. We received a total of 59 nominations in one week. Those nominations represented 19 individual quilters. Of those nominated, 10 chose to submit photos for the final selection process. At our April meeting, our members voted on our nominees and selected Cheryl Brady as our guild’s inaugural spotlight quilter for the Kansas City Regional Quilt Festival. Congratulations, Cheryl!
