Join us at the Fabric Chic for this half day class and learn 2 different techniques you can use to create your own pixel quilt. We will practice techniques of pixel quilt cutting, learn the two different methods for piecing a pixel quilt, using fusible grid interfacing, working with 1.5″ squares, ironing, and creating a block as it is broken down in a pixel quilt. This specially priced class will give you the opportunity to learn from Dee of Pixel Quilts as she debuts this class for the first time!
$37 class fee plus $10 materials fee paid to instructor.
Materials supplied: fabric, grid interfacing, block pattern
Other supplies you’ll need: Sewing machine with foot pedal and power cord, thread, straight pins, rotary cutter, ruler, cutting mat, iron, ironing mat, parchment paper or silicon pressing mat
