Lucy Engels, our online guest from Edinburgh, Scotland, will present her most-popular “Triple Inset Circles” three-hour workshop beginning at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb.12. The cost is $35.
Lucy will host us for a Zoom workshop. She will email the fabric requirements, templates and workshop notes in a PDF to participants one to two weeks before the class.
Lucy feels that a personal approach is very important so the class is limited to 24 participants.
You will learn how to cut and piece a 20-inch quilt block containing three inset circles. You will be able to add this technique to your skill set and go on to use it to create bold modern quilts. This is a machine based workshop.
The class is appropriate for advanced beginners and intermediate quilters. A bit of confidence, knowledge of your sewing machine and familiarity with quilting are really what you need for this workshop.
