You know modern quilting has taken the world by storm when the International Quilt Festival plans a special exhibit called The Modern Quilt Guild Showcase! This exhibit will premiere at International Quilt Market and Festival, October 26–November 4, 2012. A Call for Entries has been released and members of Modern Quilt Guilds around the world are invited to enter. Quilters may submit up to two (2) quilts for consideration. Quilts must be at least 36″ on each side. Deadline for entries is Friday, March 2, 2012. For additional guidelines and submission information, refer to the Call for Entries instructions.
Now, Kansas City Modern Quilt Guild members — we know you have skills! You showed all your tremendous talent in the Habitat Challenge Reveal. We definitely hope that many of you will enter submissions for consideration. Just think, your quilt could travel the world!
