Hello KCMQG members!
Our next meeting is Thursday, May 14th from 7-9pm at the Roeland Park Community Center.

This month Karrie Kaneda of Happy Habitat will be our speaker.
Don’t forget to bring your finished Fractal Radiance challenge piece.  These projects will be collected after the reveal to be displayed in our booth at the Kansas City Regional Quilt Festival in June.  Be sure you put a label on your project, so it can make it’s way back to you.

Melody Baker is still collecting photographs for the Kansas City Regional Quilt Festival.  The photos of our members will be hung in the booth at the KCRQF.  Please email them with “KCMQG Photo” in the subject line to [email protected] by May 15th.

The Kansas City Regional Quilt Festival is approaching quickly!  The festival will be held June 19th – 21st at the Overland Park Convention Center.  The KCMQG will be participating in the festival as a vendor.  We’ll have a booth set up and will be promoting our guild.  There are classes and vendors lined up throughout this event.  Visit the KCRQF website for more information.

Jessica Toye will be holding a pictorial applique workshop at the Roeland Park Community Center for guild members on Saturday, May 30th (9:00 – 4:00).  If you missed the sign-up email that went out a few weeks ago, here’s the link to register.
