Congratulations to Trisch Price of the Kansas City Modern Quilt Guild! Trisch is one of the winners of Challenge #3, the Modern Quilt Guild Inspired by a Word Challenge. The word was “organic” and Trisch nailed it! This is her gorgeous quilt.
Trisch said, “After reading the challenge, I sat down with a piece of blank paper and started sketching organic shapes. This quilt evolved from one of the sketches. The shapes and colors remind me of petrified wood in the desert. Trisch will be receiving a bunch of great prizes!
